Having a repeat client is the best compliment!  Pleased with the "Front of the House Deck" project we completed for his wife this husband contracted us to build him an unfinished detached garage to include a small work area inside and an attached covered patio at the Back of the House.  E.L.K. handled every aspect of the project from design, material selection and permitting to construction.  Being versed and capable in the process, the homeowner ran electricity to the new space himself.
