Having used E.L.K. for a previous deck project, this customer contacted us again in regards to updating his pressure treated front porch to an easier to maintain material that would also have a longer life span.  After reviewing the available options E.L.K. presented, he selected TimberTech Composite Tongue & Groove Porch Boards & Fascia in a Weathered Teak color and TimberTech Trademark Composite rails and balusters in white.  This project required removing the existing decking boards and stairs, adding a few additional joists, a couple of new posts and a new stair system.  As a finishing touch  and to provide additional moisture protection the pressure treated posts were wrapped with AZEK PVC trim boards and PVC post bases & post caps were added.
